Background Image in Drives

Ok, Today we are going to explain you, how to put an picture (.jpg) in a drive as a background image.

There are different software available in the market to do this, but you can perform this task without using any such tools. The only thing required is a basic computer knowledge.

Follow the given below steps:

Open notepad and copy-paste the following code in it.

[{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]

iconarea_image=C:\Wallpapers\HT.jpg

iconarea_text=0x00FFFFFF

Now save this file as DESKTOP.INI in the location (any drive) where you want to set the background picture.

Explanation about whats the code is doing:

---------------------------------------------------

• The first line is a Regkey.
• The secound line of the code represents the path of your picture. You can change it to any other address pointing to some other image.

After setting it in your favourite location, close the drive and open the location once again. you will find your picture has been set as background picture for the drive

NOTE : Make sure the extension in the path be .jpg only and file should be saved as DESKTOP.INI only.
