Tagging friends on Facebook is an easy task, unless you are using Facebook on mobile. When you’re on PC, you just have to write ‘@’ and type the first few letters of the person's name you want to tag in the status and select the friend from the drop-down menu suggested by Facebook.
Well , this feature is also available for the smartphone users with latest apps. of Facebook but those who are using Java phones, tagging friends on Facebook becomes very hard.
So, We will show you, how easily it is to tag friends on any status or comment from your mobile phone.
Let’s get started. There are two ways to do so.
First Technique
--------------------
- First of all, you have to find out the profile ID of the person whom you want to tag . To do so, you can simply go to this profile ( from PC ) and at the address bar, you will notice an URL like this – www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=10254876450 . In this case, the profile ID is 10254876450. Similarly , you can find out your friend’s profile ID / Group ID.
- You are now ready to tag him on any status or comment. To get started, just type @[Profile ID:Name] where you want the tag to be appeared. For example:- @[10254876450: PS] Hi, what’s Up Hackers !
Well, you are done now! This Technique works also to Tag a Group. Use the Group ID instead of user / friends id.We hope that you will like this simple trick.
Second Technique
Second Technique
-----------------------
- open the browser and navigate to the Facebook website.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will have the option to change the view to Full website. The main issue is that while you're using Facebook's “Touch” or “Mobile” views, the option to tag photos won't be available.
- As soon as you change the view to Full Site and log into your account, you'll notice that right after clicking on a picture you'll get a couple of options, such as: Share, Tag This Photo, Edit This Photo, Remove/Add as Profile Picture and Crop this Photo.
